Using this product, our team found that the cushion was too firm and created more strain on our wrists and hands while typing. The only positive aspect is that it does provide support for the user's arms. However, the cushion is too bulky and inconvenient to use on a daily basis. We wouldn't recommend this product for regular computer use.
