Terrible quality and doesn't work!

Hello, this product is terrible. I would like to exchange it as it doesn't work at all. It doesn't remove the skin from my calloused toes at all like my old one that I had for years. I'm not sure if the egg is real or not. I used to have one I bought at the store and it was amazing. Guess it's not the same Be careful with the buyer. The worst thing is that you cannot make a return. Had I known this I would not have bought it as the products are supposed to work as advertised.
