Bad technical support.

Great product BUT the tech support is TERRIBLE. I bought it on 03/23/2017, in July it stopped working. Handed over for repair on 07/26/2017. On August 7, 2017, I received an email offering a refund minus 33% depreciation or an exchange of the device. I requested an exchange ban via email on August 8, 2017. On September 18th, 2017 I received a call and was told that they would ship it as soon as their exchange department received my unit from the repair shop. I contacted us again on the 24th September 2017 trying to get an assurance of when a replacement could be delivered and was sternly reprimanded that the status was "PROCESSING" and that there was nothing more they could do. It is now September 10, 2017, more than a month after I replied that I would like the proposed exchange and still nothing. I used to be a regular Samsung customer but they will never get my business again. I recommend you consider a company that actually offers customer service to support their products. Samsung definitely isn't. Update 1: I contacted you again on September 11th, 2017 and this time I was put through to another number that didn't answer and I left a message. Update 2: On September 12, 2017 I just received an email from Samsung saying that my replacement Tab S2 will be released to the carrier within 2 business days. The title of this review has been changed from "None" to "Poor" technical support.
