Support was responsive and delivered both ways for Samsung cents. came back after 4 months repaired and no sign of problems. no problem of course, that's the best, but if the company stands behind the product and fixes it, i'm satisfied. After about 6 months of use, the tablet restarted intermittently. The screen got hot in the top right corner when held vertically. Great product BUT the tech support is TERRIBLE. I bought it on 03/23/2017, in July it stopped working. Handed over for repair on 07/26/2017. On August 7, 2017, I received an email offering a refund minus 33% depreciation or an exchange of the device. I requested an exchange ban via email on August 8, 2017.
