Review on Samsung Galaxy Wifi Tablet SM T713NZDEXAR by Josh Kim

Update #2 . Back to 5 stars as Samsung took care of it easily and quickly. Support was responsive and delivered both ways for Samsung cents. came back after 4 months repaired and no sign of problems. no problem of course, that's the best, but if the company stands behind the product and fixes it, i'm satisfied. Update: Unfortunately I have to downgrade from 5 to 1 star. maybe temporary as i hope my problem will be solved. Around the sixth month the screen started to go haywire as one half of the screen would freeze intermittently showing an alternating pattern of light and dark gray lines or only half of the previous page. Initially, the issue was sporadic and was fixed by a reboot, but the issue progressed to the point where the device became unusable. The device has been used with great care. For me, such a failure of such an expensive device from a respected manufacturer in such a short time is unacceptable. Now the hopeful part. Today my first opportunity to contact Samsung support went pretty smoothly as they confirmed that the device was still covered by the 1 year warranty and the tech informed me that they would as long as the device was still covered not damaged by "liquid or physical damage" repair free of charge. Accusation. Since the device looks like it just came out of the box and has never been near water, I hope this works. Unlike many manufacturers, Samsung provided (in their favor) a free UPS to send the device to a repair shop. I was told a period of 9-11 days. Of course I wish that hadn't happened, but so far Samsung seems sensible about their responsibilities to the customer and as we all know "things can happen". At the end of this repair I will update it again and when I have a working unit I will return the 5 star rating as I feel post-purchase support is very important and often non-existent. Great tray. has everything most people need in a tablet. the screen is excellent. bright and clear. Well-equipped with an octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM. The wireless power adapter is a big plus and isn't available on most tablets. I mainly use this device for surfing the web. netflex video and local files . Music stream and local files. Bluetooth to headset. Email the address. everything works . performance is excellent. I picked it up when it dropped to $250 a few weeks ago, but I see it's no longer available from Revain. Look around I see it's still available from other sellers and other websites.
