Works better than without magnets and lasts for several days. However, there is a design flaw. The bottom edge, sides, bands that hold the magnets and the edge of the thumb are reinforced, but the top edge around the palm and back of the hand is not reinforced and mine is split on the inside of the thumb. It still works, but if the reinforced rim on the top doesn't hold up, it's over.
