I have been using flintstones with irons since I had a gastric bypass. The surgeon recommends it. I take two every morning. Buying them online was cheaper than buying them in a store. These are the only vitamins that contain iron. Isn't that strange? I've read about all the brands of vitamins at the packaging store and none of them listed iron.
