They offer a full suite of services including marketing, analytics, SMS service, and billing/sending. We've used them for marketing campaigns and analytics (with API integration) and found them to be reliable, easy to use, and the best bang for your buck. They’ve helped us generate high-quality leads, increase conversion rates, and lower cost per lead. We will continue to use them! I like how they make it so you don't even know they're there unless you ask. My only wish would be if they could do more things over email or something..like when someone signs up for an account through my website - it says "thank you" on the bottom left corner, then I get an automated message telling me who signed up, etc. Also I think its kind of annoying that they send emails at 9am, 12pm, 3pm..and sometimes at 2am! But overall very good customer service and fast response time.
