The mat itself is easy to install. It's also nice to be able to charge 3 devices (phone, pods and watch) at the same time. Unfortunately, this product simply does not do this. For reference, I have an iPhone 11, AirPods 1 and Apple Watch Series 3. First, it charges the phone very well, but very SLOWLY. I noticed I was consistently growing 12-15% after an hour. on my battery. So if I dropped it on the mat at 20% power, after an hour it was 32-35%. Second, it does NOT charge AirPods on the mat. I tried moving them all over the mat and never saw it work. Excuse me. Third, while the clock dock is a nice feature and a good addition to the clock cable, it only connects intermittently. In fact, it blinked about every 30 seconds between charging and not charging. Changed the cable and the same thing happened. Both cables charged very well when plugged into a wall or into a computer without turning off the device, as was the case when the mat was installed. Long story short, I tried this as a cheaper wireless charging mat option, but it didn't suit my needs. and was inefficient and unreliable. I have issued a refund.
