I bought this product because I love the gothic look and wanted that great dramatic look. Unfortunately, I was less than thrilled with my product. When it arrived and after I opened the package, there were drops of liquid on the makeup. This didn't bother me at first, as this can happen when transporting cosmetics, especially creams, with temperature changes. The packaging is also very small for the price. Before applying the white foundation, I applied toner and base. It looked good but I had to wear a pound setter to make it look good. It was very oily when applied and I had to struggle to blend it out with a blender sponge. When the cream dried it wasn't "velvety" but powdery and didn't feel like fine china on my skin but looked like the cheap white makeup you get at the Halloween store where it's practically see-through is, even if you do wear it. on the. Sure, it makes you look paler and looks good from a distance, but when you look at someone up close, you look like you have dandruff on your face. I tend to have drier skin types, but I do moisturize and nourish my skin regularly. TLDR: Cons: I'm pretty pale already, but it took even me four passes to get this gorgeous goth white. And even then, it lay on my face like cheap, horrible clown makeup. I have to use too much product to get the look I want. It is oily when applied and does not dry out "matte" in the traditional sense and looks very sticky/flaky. Won't harden even after a ton of fixer smeared for days. Has some green tint. Pros: You can take nice pictures and look pretty decent, but I wouldn't look like that. Marilyn Manson looks more like a goth. My skin type may not be compatible with this particular brand and if it suits you, great! However, if you have dry skin you might find a liquid white foundation and go with that as I know I've had good luck with them.
