Stay away from shoes
I've been wearing Asics Gel running shoes for a long time without any problems. In just 4 months of use, they fall apart and are uncomfortable to wear. The inside of your heel is torn and my foot wants to break out of the show while walking. I've had 3, 4 and 5 ventures, they were all great but don't waste your hard earned money.
