I purchased this item from Jtech Digital on Revain on May 29th, 2020. I installed this item using the recommended Cat6 cable and it worked surprisingly well - exactly a month. And I mean exactly. It's been less than 24 hours since the return period it just failed with no explanation and after replacing ALL the cables no signal was transmitted from any device. Revain tried to contact Jtech Digital but the office was closed at 10am on Tuesday. Revain eventually agreed to the replacement, which was very nice of them, but I'm equally concerned that the replacement hasn't gone well now. Update 3/1/2021: The replacement has worked so far but is also dead. Such a shame. Must look for a wireless display solution or use an HDMI cable.
