I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my niece.Good: pieces look nice and cuteBad: the paper instructions is tinymaybe the size of an index card, so hard to read. The instructions indicate there is a "hair hoop cap/ plastic ear plug" that you use to cap both ends of the hair band so the beads don't fall off. We didn't find any such pieces in the set. For making necklaces, the instructions alludes to a "lobster clasp" ( a small metal piece most necklaces have to connect one end to the other; there were no such pieces in the set.Either they mislead you and suggest everything you need is included when it's not, or the product I bought were missing pieces that should have been included. Either way, kinda sucked and not happy. We'll have to find another solution to keep the beads from falling off when making a necklace or the hair band.
