I was able to connect this item to the faucet with a zip tie which saves me from having to use suction cups as I know they are difficult to keep in place. As for me, I prefer to know that it won't be all over my sink, but will stay where it should be. Since I attached it to the faucet on the left side of the stainless steel sink; After my husband prepares breakfast, he cleans our ceramic skillet and replaces the sponge. So when I do the dishes after breakfast, the frying pan needs to be rinsed and dried before it's put back in the drawer.
