I purchased the ESDDI 2 lightweight softbox kit which was excellent but had some immediately obvious flaws in my cramped apartment. The ESDDI lights could not be adjusted and their color could not be changed. This set of LTRINGYS soft boxes solves these problems and delivers amazing value for money. At this price point, I don't think I've seen other softboxes that offer fully dimmable, fully controllable LED bulbs (and note they're LED). not CFL bulbs). The kit includes TWO remotes (no batteries) to operate each light independently, although I wish they would offer a remote with 2-channel capability instead. The dimming function worked great; As long as there is no digital display, the light has responded quickly. There are also preset intensity values of 20%, 50% and 100%. So why only 4 stars? The translucent softbox screen for each light doesn't fit as tightly as my ESDDI light shield and I may have to tape it over. The power cords are shorter than my ESDDI lights, necessitating repositioning of my studio equipment. And the posts seem more fragile than my ESDDI lights. If LTINGYS solves these problems, they have a clean 5-star product.
