Bought two half round gray outdoor rugs. I haven't had them long so I can't say how long they will last. The material appears to be some sort of plastic, obviously water repellent. They aren't as big as some rugs, but I knew that when I bought them. On my mats, the rubber strips that make up the design are well attached. I had to "roll" them to straighten the curls when they shipped and then weigh them down a bit, but now they lay flat. In the areas between the rubber strips on the mats that have them; it's not 100% flat. I don't mind much, but if it's for you, you won't like her. If you look closely at some of the customer photos you can see this. Based on some of the messages I've received with them, they seem to take customer satisfaction very seriously, so I suspect they'll try to fix it if you have any issues with your mate.
