Just buy it already .UPDATE: .okay

UPDATE after a few weeks of use: paw prints Yarn falls out of the carpet! Constantly found short pieces of blue yarn near the carpet and finally figured it out. I won't be buying it again until they offer it without paw prints. It was an expensive carpet but now it looks shabby. When I think of the money I spent to protect my hardwood floors from my two dogs wet paws. I feel like an idiot because I found this brand too expensive. This treadmill is big enough that dogs can't help but walk on it,

BIG UNSTABLE DIRTY PIT BULL IS ALLOWED!

When we got this I didn't think it would do what people say it will do. We have a 75 pound extremely energetic 3 year old Staffordshire Terrier who just loves to fool around in the mud pit he made in the backyard and then climb through the dog door to paint the inside of the house with his insanely dirty paws. We were completely stumped 😣 We were ecstatic to see immediate results when we placed this rug at the entrance of his doggie door (inside the house, of course). No more dirt in the…

The RUNNER size is the BEST in the world.

Best mat ever (if you choose a runner size). I bought both a runner and a regular mat. A regular rug the size of a doormat never stays in place, it slides everywhere. However, RUNNER is the best thing to eat after sliced bread. I bought the maroon color and have had it for over a year now, the rubberized underside keeps the mat in place very well even after a year of wear. This carpet vomited, diarrhea, dirt, water. They call it. I've washed it so many times and it's still together. The…

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Sad outfit

I was very happy with this purchase and my pup seems to like the mat. I've been using it for about a week when I noticed my dog keeps "digging" in the net under the pile and seems to eat something. A close examination of her mouth revealed two small round plastic balls the size of a small pinhead. I rubbed the stitches of the carpet and half a dozen more tiny clear plastic balls fell out. I felt the wooden floor and found at least three more small pellets. Fearful that other pets might ingest…

It works a little TOO well.

I had really high hopes for this. I have a large breed puppy and I need something good for her huge dirty paws. As far as picking up dirt and water, it does an excellent job. This is a good, durable rug. My problem is that one day my dog decided to pee on it, the urine got absorbed and now it won't wash out. I've tried all sorts of washes, sunbaths, etc. and can't get rid of the smell. I really like the quality of this rug myself so I thought about buying another one and trying again but I'm…

Excellent quality, durability and price!

I bought one of these rugs for the first time a little over 2 years ago. Our garden gets especially muddy in the winter when it rains and I thought I'd need another one to add more cover. I was really impressed with these rugs. They are thick, durable and absorbent. They are also soft, it is comfortable to stand on them barefoot. One of our dogs loves to sleep on it. Are they a miracle carpet? No, you still have dirt or water, but they help a lot! They are also easy to clean. I've washed and…

Cons
  • Hard to say

I have 6 of these rugs and I really like them. I've had them for over a year and wash them several times a week due to the large number of active dogs. Even after numerous washes, the brown color has not faded. I recently ordered two more mats and was sooooo disappointed with the changes the manufacturer made. Carpets now have a rubber base and weigh much less. Also, they recommend DRYING the carpet! I contacted Dog Gone Smart support and was told that the rubber underlay was added due to…

What a waste of money.

***Update*** This carpet still sucks. A $5 towel on the floor works just as well. I couldn't be more disappointed. Revain users, you have failed me. This thing honestly sucks. I don't understand all the good reviews. I got it yesterday, I have a lab and a pit bull and my backyard is completely muddy at the moment because of the rain. They come with paws full of dirt, I didn't expect this mat to 100% clean their feet but it did absolutely nothing. My hole came with 4 leaves under her paws and…

I use them everywhere!

I have 3 of this size which I have placed all over the kitchen in the cottage. I bought them from a local pet store and then ordered 4 more from Revain because the price was a quarter cheaper than the pet store. Got a really good deal at $19 each but unfortunately it disappeared when I tried to change the order! I keep two in the back of my Honda Element - much better than towels, one in my home kitchen and one at the cottage entrance. They look amazing and with the paw print they keep my dog…
