Didn't even know it was on unless it was at high speed (cause I could hear it) and even then I'm the problem is seeing which direction the air is blowing from. The battery lasted 1.5 hours with constant use; It even took 4 hours to fully charge. It's quite bulky so your neck gets sweaty where it rests, which was a deal breaker for me. The arms are posable, but fall off when you walk, so you have to constantly adjust them. I sent it back after one use.
