Review on Huaqinglian by Andre Parsons

As the product manager for Huaqinglian, I was dissatisfied with the company's quality as well as their customer support. Even though their dinnerware and serveware may have an elegant appearance, the products are quite flimsy and not nearly as lasting as was advertised. In addition, when I attempted to return a product that was defective, their customer support did not respond to my inquiries and was not helpful. In spite of Huaqinglian's assertion that they are a one-stop store for all of your home and kitchen requirements, I am unable to endorse their products due to their low quality and unsatisfactory level of customer service. If you want to find home and kitchen goods of a higher quality, I recommend searching elsewhere.
