This is a great indoor gym workout. It's difficult to get outside during the daytime in the Texan summer heat, so this pickler triangle really helps kids burn off some energy inside! We share nannies with children aged 20, 18 and 9 months and all three LOVE this thing. From the moment we brought it into the room all three of them immediately came over to check it out, which is the first thing they all run/crawl to at the start of the day. It's a bit intimidating because the gap at the top seems big, but we only use it when supervised and well oriented. They love sliding down the slide and pushing the toy cars! The climbing wall is also good for 18 and 20 months, but the slide side seems to be more popular with us. The instructions were split in half, but it was still easy to put together. It probably took 20-30 minutes and required a Phillips screwdriver. It folds away by undoing the black buttons at the top - it's easy and I think they make it a little harder so kids can't manage it. The picture has orange pins and ours are black - I would have preferred orange as it's more fun but not a big deal.
