Definitely disappointed, it arrived damaged but the shipping box itself is intact meaning the company chose to send it that way. I use them for my bakery, not just for moving boxes, so looks are important. Unfortunately my only option is to get a replacement for the damaged one, I have to send them all back and I have orders this weekend that I will need them for so I am having to eat up the cost of using the ones that aren't. intact when my orders are due. The boxes themselves are sturdy and I love that they hold my brownies and ensure they don't break.
