This pretty palette can serve many purposes. The gold detailing around the edges gives it a bit of personality, and you can see the white stripes in the palette itself, giving it a "real geode" look. It is made of resin so can be used with many products and can also be wiped clean with alcohol and acetone. So I already have one of these palettes, but I wanted one just in case. That way I could have one for different products. The one I received from this company is slightly warped and not flat/flat. So if you're not careful about what you're applying and apply something a little more liquid, you might end up with some product spilling out of the palette. I placed this palette on top of the palette I must already have to show the differences in their "flatness". This isn't a deal breaker for me now because I can use it for my "thicker" products, but I'd like to point this out to people who are interested.
