I wanted a longer and larger robe than the one I had but at a lower price. I love the black/grey combination. And it's soft, but definitely not high quality material. It seems a bit cheap even compared to other robes I've bought at similar prices. Reminds me a bit of the cheap feel of thick felt. Bought XL because of the extra length. I'm 5'4" tall and it comes down about 3" above my ankle. Lots of extra space to really pack it in. Almost too big. The biggest downside is that I received this as a bathrobe. DO NOT WEAR THIS IF YOUR SKIN IS WET! If you dare, you have an endless supply of little black fuzz and fibers that stick to your skin. And I mean stuck! but having it all stuck to you after you've just washed is awful. Transforms you into a hobbit or other overly hairy hominid creature. Not good. I would have sent it back but I washed it out to see if that would help the problem. It didn't. I'm glad it wasn't expensive. Edit: Support was contacted and they apologized for my issue. They were very accommodating and refunded quickly with no need to return the robe.Upgraded my rating for excellent customer service.
