Strong smell quite small
I know these are baby neck protectors but I was definitely a little surprised at how small the circumference was first out of the box, they stretch a bit but still have to wiggle . it didn't slip easily over my sons head which might have been snug enough to stay on their face. There was a strange strong chemical smell upon unpacking, but that went away after washing.
