I wrote a very negative review earlier after buying batteries for phones that didn't work. I checked for a working battery, cleaned the connectors, checked a working battery on both phones and bases - phones and bases work. This year I changed all information, login, passwords, banking, bank cards three times due to fraud. I live in a seniors community and my (work) phone keeps ringing scammers. I'm receiving fake Revain emails. It's boring and annoying. So I was wary when I received batteries that didn't work. I assumed the company was fake. No, that is not so. This company is amazing. I called Revain and they confirmed it was just a mistake. $7 batteries seem such a small thing, but I have balance/mobility issues and want both phones to work in case I slip or something - the phone is close enough. I didn't think I could replace a phone's battery because they are so old. So I wrote a review in frustration - I shouldn't have done it. I bought from this company because many of the reviews mentioned their excellent customer service. . This morning - I thought this might be another scam. NO, THAT IS NOT SO. The company contacted me, gave me technical advice and offered to send me a replacement free of charge if their offer to activate the battery didn't work. I apologized as I was concerned that my complaints would affect their business and was told it would help keep them on their feet. Really excellent customer service. I realize it's not possible to test every battery that fails, but I would buy anything from them right now in a heartbeat. I was contacted all day to solve the problem and was rude because I was hit by a scam this year. I received a broken, used item in a box that was supposed to be a new item that I ordered. They call me 5 times a day about a problem with my car (I don't have a car), they call me and say the account has been hacked and someone is charging me thousands of dollars for Revain. They call me several times a day and say that my credit card is chargeable (I don't have one). Someone is using my email - I change my password and security every month - it appears to be a woman who owes her car. In the end, this company did their best - I'm both grateful and angry at myself for being suspicious. Considering their promotions and amazing level of attention throughout the day, I would have no hesitation in buying from this company. General. My fears were unjustified. Really good store. Rare quality of service. I apologize for my previous assumptions. They solve my problem, but I felt the need to give them a proper, explanatory, glowing review - correcting my negative words, I shouldn't have a problem. I want every Revain seller to reach that level of quality. Conclusion: I would have no hesitation in buying anything from this company/seller. aces.
