We have been using this tool for years now to manage our kitchen operations in terms of food cost control as well menu planning/cost analysis with multiple restaurants under one roof; it has also helped us improve customer service by allowing efficient communication between restaurant staffs via emails or chat rooms when required! Nothing much yet but I can see that there are still some features we wish could be improved upon such like better search functionality (espcially during data entry) which would make things easier especially if you're managing several different menus at once - currently searching takes too many clicks before results show up so sometimes users end-up clicking wrong buttons thinking they've already clicked what's needed instead while waiting longer than necessary just because their fingers got tired from all those mouseclicks :) Also having an option where recipes / ingredients lists will appear automatically next time without user input after saving them manually first might help save more work since most times new entries need manual editing afterwards anyway due its.
