ok i wanted to write a review after having a septum for at least a month it has been a full month and i have had no infections nor problems! So it's safe to say that every needle and piercing is sanitized and sterile just like they said. However, to be on the safe side, I dipped the needle and septum piercing in alcohol before the nose piercing. always be safe! I chose black with dots at the end, it's a little difficult to flip the dots. So if you need to flip it I would recommend ball ends. Otherwise I would say if you really want to pierce something yourself this is a good set! I'm thinking about piercing my bridge myself sometime in the future 👁 Note: Please do your own research before piercing anything yourself. I spent weeks researching and watching professional piercers/tutorials before purchasing this kit and deciding to do it myself. I know I've said this before, but be careful!
