**changed from 1 star back to 5 stars. The product stopped working after only 4 weeks. I tried to contact the company but the only response was to fix the problem as I already detailed what I had. They kept saying that the video I submitted could not be viewed to resubmit multiple times in a different format. I posted a video in the comments and changed my rating to 1 star. THEN they did it and sent me a replacement. Mistakes happen and sometimes products fail. The main thing is that they did it right! I have PCOS which causes problems with Hirtsumin. The amount of money I would spend on salon epilation would bankrupt me. I decided I would try this wonderful little device for less than a treatment from a professional. I haven't noticed any difference in my face (seems to be pretty common with PCOS, even for a pro). But my hair growth has noticeably decreased on my arms and legs. I've only been there for about 3 weeks and I'm very happy with the current results!
