Review on Bago Set Packing Cubes Travel: Organize Your Trip with Efficiency by Tina Brown

I bought these for my wife. We have used these bags 3 times over the holidays when we have been on different trips. We love the concept. They are easy to use and organize things well. However, on our third trip around New Year's Eve I noticed that one of the small bags that came with the package was starting to fall apart. It looks like the mesh is coming out of the seam, but I can't fix it. We now have one less bag to use. This may be coincidence, but since I'm not sure about the quality of other bags at the moment, I can only give these bags two stars. TO UPDATE. The customer service team contacted me and sent a replacement for the defective cube. Your service was prompt and polite. The new cube looks good and has no seam defects that could cause the same problem as the previous cube. Also, I no longer had any problems with the Bago packing cubes that came with the original order. Because of the Bago Travel Bags team's outstanding customer service, I would recommend this company and would order from them again anytime!
