Review on Truata by Shane Jess

The ability for me as an analyst, or anyone else who needs access quickly to view historical information of our customers is one thing I have loved about this product so far. It's very easy to add new records in bulk via excel! Not much that i dislike thus far. If you are looking into any type of solution involving your CRM/PIM data then definitely look into using it. We use it all day every day. Our marketing team uses it on their own time. They can easily create reports with specific filters for sales leads without having to open up another program like Excel (which they don't do often).
