Home brewing and wine making disappointment

The thing was bent and dented. It was probably used. I set it up as best I could and then tried to use it. As you turn the knob, tiny flakes of paint and metal constantly fall off the screw and contaminate the jam. Even if you press hard, some juice will remain in the berries. Also, the small piece of tubing that came with it seems to be the wrong size. It slides off and spills juice everywhere. And when it's on, it licks. Very disappointed. I had to digest the jam and wasted all my time collecting, cleaning and preparing. Pooh.
