Although Everbeam has a lot of potential as an online retailer, they regrettably fell short. Although they assert that they have the newest and best products available, their collection is small and uninteresting. Furthermore, it is challenging to locate what you need on their website due to its poor navigation and poor design. I frequently had to scroll through several pages to locate what I was looking for because the search function is unreliable. The quality of the goods was, however, my greatest letdown with Everbeam. Due to flaws and inconsistencies, I had to return the items I got because they were subpar. I had to follow up several times to get a response from the customer service because they were slow to reply. Overall, Everbeam represents a lost chance for a promising internet retailer. It's challenging to endorse them to anyone due to their limited assortment, shoddy website layout, and subpar quality.
