The pump appears to be of good quality construction. not noisy. I was pulling water from a well and the water was down about 15 feet so I didn't push it on the suction side. I ran 2 sprinklers on the end of a 100 foot hose and it worked pretty good as far as the water pressure (not great but ok) I am certain, they where the irrigation type sprinklers. I don't like having to prime the pump but I'm very pleased with everything else. I use the pump to fill a portable tank with water which I then use to water pecan and fruit trees.

Leaks both suction and pressure side in spite of supposedly being npt. There is not enuf taper in the threads, nearly bottoms out when tight. Was entirely too much work to have to start over. You must use a good thread sealer if you buy this pump. One star!

I've bought a few of these pumps and they worked fantastic for my application but this last purchase looks cheap loud as hell was missing fittings total garbage shame on Best Buy selling a cheaper product then what's advertised absolutely shameful

I got the idea from YouTube to use a pump like that one in my old well it works great. I use the water to water the grass and garden and flowers. Easy to set up and use. Well made worth the money high quality very pleased with my purchase.

Update - after the second replacement pump sprang a leak in the same location as the first, I decided to try to repair it rather than returning it. I unscrewed the two halves of the pump housing, using a 3/16" allen wrench, and took the pump housing apart. Turns out an o-ring had come out of its groove. I coated the o-ring with vaseline to keep it in place, put the o-ring back in its groove, and re-assembled the pump housing. The pump has now run fine for perhaps 100 hours in total without any…

I ditched my submersible pump looking for something that would work faster. This is it! I used it to water my plants with a nutrient solution containing kelp,molasses, fish hydrolysate, etc. I love this pump, it saves me a bunch of time compared to the submersible I used to use. Definitely worth the money.

I used this pump to replace and old unit. Super. It worked well with my existing expansion tank and pressure switch. Very nice.

We use this to pump water from the lake up a hill about 100ft, elevation/rise is about about 40ft. This thing pumps like a beast and fills a 55 gallon drum in about 5 mins. It’s super quiet.

To be fair I was unable to appropriately rate as the item I received didn’t work straight out of the box. The pump may not be able to handle continuous use for long periods of time!
