The product is excellent! I used it to hold the nonstick bandage on some seams. This is easier and less complicated than wrapping gauze around the leg or taping a bandage directly onto the skin. It's a bit difficult to get started with as the film's directing isn't very good. Just note that the real "tape" is sandwiched between a white waxed paper-like backing and a clear plastic film over it. Once the sticky side of the "tape" is on your skin, it can't be adjusted or it won't stick again. I would also recommend shaving the area where the "tape" is located. If not, removal is like waxing, but the hair remains. It's easier to remove if you have nails.
