Updated Rating: Downgraded from 3 stars to 1 On my second use of the gasket on my 6 liter Fagor DUO I found that the gasket had apparently shrunk to the point where there was so much steam that the pressure cooker couldn't hold. I will buy my replacement through Fagor. First feedback: I replaced the gasket that originally came with the pressure cooker (Fagor DUO). The storage pad was slightly smaller/thinner which allowed more steam to flow through the area between the pressure cooker. cover and plate body. The seal works, although the seal area vents more pressure than the original seal, you end up having to apply higher heat to maintain the pressure. I've only used it once since buying it. and within about 30 minutes to find these results. I don't think there will be a difference in later applications. Summation - This works, but requires a higher temperature to maintain a constant pressure. From what I remember, Fagor's replacement prices were pretty high, so I went with the cheaper ones.
