Review on πŸ”₯ Exceptional Stainless Deployment Bracelet for Unmatched Quality by Jason Sisawang

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Excellent strap, beautiful, excellent price

I bought this for my Orient Mako 2 (on the left in the photo) because the standard strap kept creaking. I saw it and thought it was around $20 worth a try. I could go with a strapon bracelet, but I want it to be my all-beater watch. The bracelet itself is very long. I usually have a maximum wrist length and need to order an extra link for my watch (10" on the wrist, we're talking about an 8" band). Every time I order a bracelet I feel like I'm rolling the dice unless something is listed as too long. I had to remove two links on this bracelet to get it to fit properly. It comes with the necessary tools as well as spring bars and additional spring bars. It is also very easy to change. While people say it's hard, I think it's actually pretty easy. In terms of weight, the feel is about the same as my old Seiko 5 bracelet or my Casio bracelets. For reference, the Mako 2 USA (pictured right) looks like a heavier all-metal bracelet. That doesn't have to be a bad thing, because bulky watches can sometimes annoy me personally. It's very comfortable to wear and doesn't bother me when I'm typing or feel like something is dragging down my arm when I'm walking a long distance. On the negative side, the top locking portion of the latch doesn't feel as firm as other watches, but it didn't open on its own. The strap has sharp edges all around, but unless I grab hold of them I don't notice them. Even with the weight, while not bad, it feels cheap but it's a $20 bracelet. Overall, in my opinion, this is excellent value for money and makes any watch look good. If I had another watch and had to change the band, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.
