This hat arrived today (with free shipping) and looks great and fits well! I have a head circumference of 21.5 cm and it fits just right. It's not too tight or too loose. It will probably be too big for a young girl, but will fit an older child/teen or a child with a large head. The inside of the hat has sherpa lining until you get to the "dome" of the top. I assume this provides ventilation so your head doesn't get too sweaty because it's a very hot hat! Looks good, the colors correspond to the picture in the description (multi with black background). I am very happy with my new hat :)
