PERFECT FOR THE SMALL DOG, really!
My Maltipoo hates everything hanging around his neck, it's so light he doesn't even care. My dog is only 6 lbs adult. I like that it still gives him the option to "warn" but the annoying barking is gone. I never thought these things would actually work, but I tried. I will never use a tranquilizer collar, it's just cruel. I liked that it comes with blue and pink cases. Everyone says it's for small dogs, but it's true.
