Review on Giveclarity by John Banks

I love that there is an ability to get in touch with a person who works at the company via chat, which makes it easy for me to ask questions like "Does this work?" or "What's your thoughts about X?". There are quite a few things you want to think about when choosing charity management software, but one of my favorites is how well the product integrates with other programs such as Excel/Numbers (in addition to Word). You do have to pay extra for some features, but it does come down to what level of support you need from your organization. This program allows us to track donor information easily; we've also been able to use it to help our donors find ways to give back.
