I just want to start by saying I didn't buy this laptop through Revain but I want to warn everyone I can. I bought a laptop on 12/24/2020. It worked well until late March when it died out completely. Spent several days on the phone with Lenovo support trying to convince them that the device is indeed dead. Anyway, the laptop arrived at a Lenovo repair shop in Texas on April 5th, 2021. The only notification I received was on 05/05/2021 when I received an email from a third party saying my laptop was being repaired. Since then quiet. It is now 05/22/2021 and I have no idea what condition my laptop is in. Last note. All parties blame delay issues on Covid. Well, that may be partly true. I looked at some of the comments on Lenovo's customer forums and noticed similar and even greater repair delays since 2017. So it's not all Covid. This is a fundamental HR issue for Lenovo support team.
