Well designed, well balanced. Adjustable waist and chest supports are very different from the old backpacks. Where your belongings used to throw you off balance by gravity, you can now secure them where they become a part of you. Pretty cool upgrade. Spacious pockets and no-frills sleeves. I used it on a trip to warm up and it kept my stuff in an accessible way. A small ziplock bag is a great bonus. You can lock the main compartment if you need to leave it open somewhere while you roam and your backup panties and t-shirts will stay intact lol. I'm taking this on a 3 week hike in France next month and I think it will serve me well.
