Excellent backpack. However, the backpack ruined EVERY shirt and sweater I was wearing. The mesh in the back did what you see in the photo on all my tops.

Ordered this backpack for a trip to Chile in the fall. Just a word of caution to remember that the 55 includes a backpack, so most of the bag itself holds less than you might expect. Well designed, well balanced. Adjustable waist and chest supports are very different from the old backpacks. Where your belongings used to throw you off balance by gravity, you can now secure them where they become a part of you. Pretty cool upgrade. Spacious pockets and no-frills sleeves.
