Pros: - Roomy in main pack - Convenient to carry - Hand straps work well - Holds up well as checked baggage - Treated with permethrin and doesn't stain Cons : The detachable Day pack is so small which is hardly helpful. - When you load a daypack, the water bottles don't fit in the space for it (wish the bottle holder was on the side instead). Overall I wish I had just bought a Fairview 40 and used my separate daypack. Pairing them together seems like a good idea, but when they're filled with all sorts of things, putting them together is pipe dream.
