The thread broke on 3 of the first 4 I used. We've been using these types of picks for years and I've never had a break. And Oral-b expected me to box them up and send them back, sorry but this is a cheap product, I'd rather buy a good product. . They offered to take a picture of the packs so we could find out the batch numbers, but I think it was too convenient for the customer. I wonder how companies expect their customers to jump through hoops to fix their product. Goodbye Oral-b, I will return to our previous plan.
