Absolutely normal. Fits power train and transmission
Machined from heavy rubber and fits 1988 thru 1998 Chevy full-size trucks and SUVs. It is not cut quite right and will need trimming to make it fit. Looks a lot better than the gaping hole the shifter popped out of on my 24 year old car. Absolutely normal.
