Review on πŸ”’ ZBRANDS // Microsoft Surface Pro Magnetic Privacy Screen - Ultimate Anti-Glare & Anti-Spy Glass Film (Surface Pro 4/5/6/7) by Antonio Cummings

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Initial Review - Seems to work well - Surface Pro 6

After a mysterious four day delay in delivery - no explanation or apology - I finally get it. I bought it despite the mediocre reviews because I decided to give it a try. I didn't want to mess with the old sticky screens as the magnetic connection sounded a lot easier to work with since I remove and replace them often depending on where I work. I was surprised that the box came with no instructions - as the screen is double sided it took some time and experimentation to figure out which side is correct. Also, it would be helpful to explain the different ways it can be used with the keyboard. This is NOT a cheap product - it's about 2x more expensive than other glare screen options - so at least a good simple guide is a reasonable expectation, especially if you don't have an easy-to-find website. I haven't addressed it in enough different situations to fully test the anti-glare feature, but the privacy feature definitely works; Touch screen and stylus seem to work well; and although it tends to slide down a bit, I usually use it in landscape mode, with the keyboard holding it down. I have no problem covering it completely with the keyboard cover.
