I have three cats. One has a protein processing problem, so she is only allowed to eat certain foods. Luckily, this seems like something she can have without getting sick. She used to be on a hydrolyzed protein diet, but it was quite expensive. (Of course, if your cat is on a prescribed diet, talk to your vet about making a change.) This limited-ingredient diet is much cheaper and just as effective at controlling abdominal rashes. I've tried several other diets and she doesn't seem to like them very much. Another brand of LID sent her to the hospital because she couldn't digest it properly. I'm glad I found Blue Buffalo's LID for her. Other cats that don't have nutritional problems also like to eat.
