It takes a long time to figure out what is going on and why it's doing something. Once I figured it out, however, I found the interface very intuitive. The first time I tried to automate my process, I had a hard time getting past the fact that it required me to manually enter data. But once I got past that hurdle, I realized that I could actually make things happen without having to go into coding. For example, I made a change to the email I send out at the end of the month so that it included information about the last payment received, and my customer doesn't have to remember to check her bank account. This would never have happened if I didn't have the power of a workflow behind me. I also like that the free version allows you to run 5 automated tasks per month. I think it would be a great way to get your feet wet before investing in a paid subscription. I've been able to achieve some pretty powerful things using the software, such as automatically processing payments. But the coolest thing I've ever created with it is a trigger that automatically sends a text message when a customer reaches a certain dollar amount in their account.
