24 months, fits more. my daughter is tiny
It looks a bit big. My daughter is 2 years old, weighs 24.4 pounds and is 32 tall. she is smaller The arms were a little longer. We had to roll them up. The quality is good for the price. It expands. It would be nice if it was softer. It didn't itch. There were no complaints about the shirt. Nice shirt for fall weather. It was 70 degrees and she wasn't cold in her shirt. The shirt is bright and colorful. The color has so far held up in the washing machine. I like the little rainbow on the chest. It was a beautiful Chucky fancy dress shirt. It fits perfectly with the jumpsuit. Very happy with the shirt.

- It runs small and the website says US size but the shirts were made in Chinese size which runs small.
