Works well with Elvie.

Definitely worked well with Elvie for me. I was getting only 2 ounces without the flange, and the moment I used it, I was getting my usual 4 to 6 ounces. Worth it!

Came in a hard shell container but not wide enough so it was a bit smooshed

Cons

May be difficult to insert and remove from the breast pump
